our services
Hold A Hand Inc exists to walk alongside people not to diagnose or treat, but to listen, support, and connect.
We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to charitable and educational work under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. At our core, we believe healing is strengthened through shared experience, understanding, and community.
Our services focus on peer-led emotional support, education, advocacy, and connection for individuals and families affected by mental health challenges, substance use disorders, trauma, and social isolation. Everything we offer is grounded in empathy and real-life experience—people supporting people.

All services are:
- Non-clinical and peer-to-peer
- Voluntary and judgment-free
- Based on lived experience, not professional diagnosis or medical treatment
We do not provide medical care, therapy, or clinical services. Instead, we create safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.

Our programs may include:
- Peer-led support groups
- Educational workshops
- Community outreach and engagement activities
- Community-based peer support programs
- Voluntary and judgment-free
- Based on lived experience, not professional diagnosis or medical treatment
Through these efforts, Hold A Hand Inc aims to promote recovery, resilience, hope, and overall well-being, helping people feel less alone and more connected as they navigate life’s challenges.
